Terms and Conditions for Free Labels Promotion:

1. Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to new customers only.
- Participants must meet the specified criteria to qualify for the free labels offer.

2. Label Specifications:
- The free labels are limited to a size of up to 4” x 4” or 16 square inches.
- The promotional offer is applicable only to clear label material, and material options cannot be exchanged. Material is Clear BOPP label.

3. Printing Method:
- Labels will be printed using the digital press.

4. Die Tool and Custom Shapes:
- Customers can choose from our available die tool sizes.
- In the case of a custom shape, die tool fees may apply.

5. Shipping:
- Participants are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the free labels promotion.

6. Artwork Submission:
- Customers must provide their own artwork for the label.
- Only one design for the promotion. Cannot split into different designs.
- Failure to provide artwork may result in delay or if a customer wants to improve their artwork then there will be a design fee.

7. Approval Timeframe:
- Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to approve artwork or labels.

8. Order Fulfillment:
- If, after 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer has not provided the necessary information to fulfill the order, the order will be canceled.
- A refund of the shipping fees will be issued for canceled orders.

9. Promotion Limit:
- Each promotion is limited to one per customer, per company, and per address.
- Multiple orders for the same company will be canceled.

10. Promotion Duration:
- Promotion is valid until 03/31/2024.
- This promotion is valid for a limited time, and the company reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

11. General Terms:
- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The company reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

All sales final, no returns or exchanges. Clients must pay applicable sales tax. Offer limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Offer not applicable to prior or pending orders.
