Thermal Intern Electric Round Product Label Applicator

The Thermal Intern is a label applicator machine that was designed and built from the ground up to address the growing need for a simple to operate electric round product label applicator. The easy-to-use product carriage can be adjusted without any tools, it is a perfect fit for numerous applications such as packaging for small business to large corporate applications.

After the initial setup the unit is ready to apply labels. A simple step on the footswitch to activate the label applicator, the electronic photo eye detects gaps in between each label and automatically stops the motor. The applicator can label virtually any round surface up to 1" - 5" Diameter in length with speeds of 15-20 bottles per minute and accurately applies your labels to each of your containers.

Products are quickly loaded into the label applicator machine with a unique open carriage design. The top wipe down brush ensures that the labels are fully applied to the product. The open bottle support can be changed from one size to the next in seconds without the use of tools.
